The Company is driven by the directors and founders of Braj Diamonds who combined have over 80 Years of experience in the industries of both mining and construction, holding past positions in companies such as Samancor, BHP Billiton, Murray and Roberts and De Beers.

Director and Co-Founder
Mr Rooiland is the current Chairperson of Veyance Technologies South Africa (previously known as Goodyear Engineered Products). He is also a director in various other companies.
His qualifications and achievements include a B.Econ degree from the University of the Western Cape, completed the Industrial Relations Development Programme at the University of Stellenbosch Business School, and completed the Advanced Executive Programme in Human Resources at the University of Michigan Business School, USA.
Mr Rooiland held various senior positions in a number of companies ranging from private owned companies to large listed multinational companies. He has extensive knowledge and experience of the South African mining landscape including commodities such as manganese, iron ore, gold, and diamonds.
Director and Co-Founder
Mr Naidu graduated from the University of KwaZulu Natal with a BCom (Accounting) degree and thereafter obtained post graduation qualification from the University of South Africa in the form of a honourary BCompt degree in accounting, auditing and taxation.
He has several years working experience in finance and accounting within various forms of enterprises both privately owned and listed in nature. He enjoyed employment in local as well as global entities acquiring experience in the engineering, manufacturing and mining sectors.
